Structural Design
Staffed by experienced engineers and designers, this department develops sustainable and resilient structural solutions, emphasizing precast construction methods to promote environmental stewardship.
Civil Construction
Responsible for the on-site execution of projects, the Civil Construction team ensures that construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
EMP
Specializing in Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing services, the EMP Department provides comprehensive engineering solutions that are integral to modern building systems.
Technology
This team focuses on integrating advanced technologies like Building Information Modeling (BIM) into our workflows, enhancing efficiency and fostering innovation in all our projects.
Human Resources (HR)
The HR Department supports our most valuable asset—our people. They handle recruitment, training, employee relations, and work to cultivate a positive and productive organizational culture.
Management Structure
At Space Consultants, our management structure is thoughtfully designed to promote collaboration, innovation, and efficiency across all facets of the organization. The team is adept at utilizing modern technology, design and construction methods and codes that upholds high technical standards; and understands the need for maintaining a strict quality control protocols to ensure quality of construction. Three directors synergistically manage the five verticals to ensure optimal performance and project success.
Managing Director
Leading Space Consultants is our Founder and Managing Director, Engr. Mohd. Golam Mostafa – previously a Lecturer of the Civil Engineering Dept of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, and CIP of the Bangladesh government. M. G. Mostafa has designed hundreds of buildings in Abu Dhabi and the Middle East in general during his 35-year tenure. He is an expert in carrying out value engineering and producing the most cost-effective structural system; and has saved millions of dollars by redesigning projects. He received the UAE Independence Day gold medal award in recognition of his professional integrity and skills. At Space, M. G. Mostafa sets the strategic vision and ensures that all operations align with our mission to deliver sustainable and high-quality construction solutions. He oversees the Structural Design, EMP, and Civil Construction departments, coordinating their activities to ensure technical excellence and efficient project execution on-site.
Director Of Operations
The Director of Operations, Mr. Arif Khan, is responsible for overseeing daily operations. He ensures that all projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. He also explores new market opportunities, develops and implements sales strategies, and oversees the Information Technology infrastructure across all our sites. In 2019, Mr. Khan has taken a degree sabbatical to pursue his doctorate in business administration in the Netherlands. He is nonetheless committed to pushing the boundaries of our construction capabilities and sustainable management practices, as he is establishing ties with Dutch OEMs for precast technology.
Finance Director
Kazi A.S.M. Khalid Kausar, our Finance Director, brings 18 years of financial management experience to the team. He manages the financial health of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and risk management, to support sustainable growth of the company. He works closely with all departments, particularly with EMP and Civil Construction departments, to manage budgets, allocate financial resources effectively, and monitor expenditures throughout the project lifecycle. His sound financial stewardship allows for sustainable growth and the ability to invest in new projects while maintaining profitability.

Integrated Design Control
At Space Consultants, we mobilize our own structural core to oversee construction and beyond. This allows us to push forward many advantages and savings to our clients. Space strives to generate design-build options for your consideration. We hope to take on new roles by applying innovative contracting models with the project owner to offer greater project assurance. In a design-build (DB) approach, for example, Space would – through a single contract with the developer – undertake to provide all design and construction services and therefore contribute to better trade-offs between design and construction decisions. As a side benefit, project managers and front-line developer workforce will be upskilled appropriately about new technologies and processes.
Bim Technology
A high level of design documentation with clear and concise details and dimensions allows the construction side to understand even the most complex construction methods. We achieve this by developing and appropriating our own Building Information Modeling (BIM) protocols that enable collective learning and allow every project participant to access key data on-demand. Because our in-house Design and Construction teams speak the same language, and are supported by the same strategic goals, Space can execute projects with very few errors and zero corrections. This generates massive cost and time savings for all project stakeholders.
Partner Management Portal
At Space, we understand that speed of construction is directly related to a high level of documentation. That’s why we begin every project with a strategy to automatically populate construction documents for our clients and contractors as the project progresses. All our partners, from Landowners to Contractors, will be able to view project status and manage their KPI (Key Performance Indicators) remotely by accessing our patented SCL Partner Portal. This collaborative approach is well suited to newer delivery methods that are designed to foster greater cooperation within traditional design-build projects.
